SYSPRO can be customised at many levels, from simple screen personalisation to translating field descriptions and writing your own user interface and workflows. SYSPRO e.net solution encourages integration with best-of-breed third-party products, whilst also easing collaboration with business partners - the essential links in your supply chain.  It allows you to write your own software applications for the SYSPRO system using SYSPRO logic without compromising the SYSPRO technology or environment - so protecting your upgrade path. 

SYSPRO's language translation facility allows any caption or phrase used anywhere in the product to be translated either to another language or changed according to industry terminology.

In many places within SYSPRO where data capture or queries are performed, the operator uses forms. These allow the operator to customise the forms by removing unwanted fields, add additional standard fields, add custom fields and even interact with other fields on other forms. Properties can be set against these fields to highlight when certain criteria are met, provide buttons to launch other applications, displayed tool tips and additional context sensitive information can be displayed using quick views. In addition, the forms allow the addition of VBScript to automate functions, retrieve additional information from SYSPRO or other applications using COM and Web services based on events that are fired on specific conditions.

SYSPRO e.net solutions provide many of SYSPRO's standard programs available to be automated by any COM-enabled application or language. The components of e.net solutions (known as business objects) provide the business logic of the core product through a COM interface and consume and respond with XML. These business objects use the core system's security and a consistent interface to provide version independence. Applications written using one version of SYSPRO will continue to work after an upgrade to a later version. Using these industry standards enables customers to either perform their own development or pull from the vast number of developers already conversant with these technologies. Use the business objects to build your own workflow according to your needs.

SYSPRO e.net solutions provides a web-based application written in ASP.NET, which ships with its own source code. This enables you to modify, configure and extend it to your own requirements.
