Return Merchandise (RMA)

 

The SYSPRO RMA module has been designed to help you improve customer service by assisting the return or exchange of merchandise.  Once a customer has notified you that they intend to return a product, you can issue an RMA, which is then automatically allocated to the customer invoice and account and the information provided on screen.  It automatically verifies warranty dates, price and the quantity purchased, and also calculates associated return charges, avoiding costly mistakes.  SYSPRO RMA gives you complete visibility of returned merchandise and through analysis of captured data lets you pinpoint the causes of recurring problems.
