Bonding with the latest ERP Episode in The Factory

Armed with just a glue gun and TECBOND adhesive, David introduces the next episode of The Factory with a comic James Bond style routine claiming he is “licensed to seal”.

‘Sticky Business’ is the third instalment of this popular viral marketing campaign in which David continues his quest for the perfect ERP solution as he goes behind the scenes at Power Adhesives, Europe’s leading hotmelt adhesive specialists, and its sister company Packaging Aids.

Power Adhesives integrated K3’s SYSPRO system across all its business processes to provide advanced functionality, particularly for serial number tracking and lot traceability, but the major benefit has been gained from the centralised functions for accounts and purchasing across both businesses, which has enabled them to operate more efficiently without increasing the headcount.

In Sticky Business David takes a factory tour to learn how SYSPRO works during which he uses every sticky pun he can about glue.

This fun and visual approach to a serious topic about the benefits of K3’s ERP solutions has been so well produced that it is far from dry. The Factory campaign holds true to its original aim of being a highly entertaining and amusing campaign, and one that is keeping viewers coming back for more as each episode is released.

“Our company has been using SYSPRO since 2002, and we’ve really seen the benefits. But seeing the final cut of the Sticky Business video brings it home in a way that is fresh as well as being funny,” says Peter Cook, General Manager, Power Adhesives / Packaging Aids.

The Factory campaign has once again triumphed, and being delivered in this visually compelling way does make the message stick.
