Process Mapping 

Our standard implementation methodology is to review your current enterprise business processes, overlay a blueprint of best-practice processes (applying principles such as lean manufacturing) and then configure and demonstrate your software in support of those best-practice processes.

We will produce your blueprint from the hundreds of best-practice templates (developed from many years of implementing SYSPRO) to give an immediate eighty-five to ninety per cent fit for your business. That allows you to focus on the fifteen to ten per cent that is different, making your implementation less costly, complex, time-consuming and resource-intensive.  Mapping your K3SYSPRO system against a standard set of processes in this way, can save 30 to 40 percent in implementation time and cost. And it's invaluable if yours is a multi-site business or if you have a group of businesses and you want to standardise best practice across the entire organisation.
