Entitled 'The Factory', this mini-series follows the progress of David - who has been instructed by the Top Brass to find the ERP solution that is going to solve his companies' woes.

David visits real-life K3 customers and SYSPRO users who highlight the day-to-day performance enhancements and outstanding return on investment that their SYSPRO ERP system has brought to their organisation. He also doesn't miss these opportunities to impart his own pearls of management wisdom onto these successful businesses in his own unique style.
